Logan Pitts moves to athletic trainer/instructor with the primary responsibilities of coordinating the UWA high school outreach program.  He previously worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at UWA in the high school outreach position.  Logan completed a M.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science in the summer of 2022.  He graduated with his B.S. in Athletic Training from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL in May of 2021.  During his time at UWF, he had the opportunity to work with a variety of sports and clinical settings including varsity football, multiple secondary schools, and a Non-Surgical Orthopedic Physician Clinic at the Andrews Institute.

Logan is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Alabama Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida.
